To evaluate the expression
\sf{\cfrac{y+xz}{2}}, we should plug in the values of every variable:


\begin{aligned} \sf{(8+6\cdot3)/(2)}\\\sf{(8+18)/(2)} \\\sf{(26)/(2)} \\\bf{13}\end{aligned}

Therefore the answer is 13.
