Infinite solutions or the solution is all real numbers

Explanation:

5(r+9) = 5r + 45 when simplified

This is identical to the RHS with the exception that there is an x instead of r.

What it means that if you were to graph those 2 lines in the coordinate plane they would be right on top of each other. 2 identical straight lines intersecting forever with infinite solutions.
