Basically simplify the number inside first, then find the square root of everything else. The square root of x^2 is x. Since there are two x^2’s being simplified, one x is left and that x is left with the square root of 3. It’s kind of hard to explain with words so I just took a picture of what I did. The answer is 8x^2 multiplied by the square root of 3x.

√(192 x^5)\qquad \begin{cases} 192=2\cdot 2\cdot 2\cdot 2\cdot 2\cdot 2\cdot 3\\ \qquad 2^6\cdot 3\\ \qquad 2^((3)(2))\cdot 3\\ \qquad (2^3)^2\cdot 3\\ x^5=x^(4+1)\\ \qquad x^4 x^1\\ \qquad x^((2)(2))x\\ \qquad (x^2)^2 x \end{cases}\implies ~\hfill \begin{array}{llll} √((2^3)^2\cdot 3(x^2)^2x) \\\\\\ 2^3 x^2√(3x) \\\\\\ 8x^2√(3x) \end{array}
