Answer: y=7x+7

Explanation:

3x+y=2y-4x+7

3x+4x=2y-y+7

7x-7=y

y=7x-7 (1)

Hence, the equation of the line parallel to y=7x-7 is y=7x+b.

The equation y=7x+b is going through (-2,-7):

-7=7*(-2)+b

-7=-14+b

-7+14=-14+b+14

7=b

Hence,

y=7x+7
