Knowing that to calculate the area of a circle we use this formula:

A = pi * r² (taking pi = 3.14)

So we replace A by 314 and solve:

314 = 3.14 * r²

314/3.14 = r²

100 = r²

√100 = r

10 = r

Answer: The radius of the circle is 10 cm.✅
