Solution:

Volume of a cone:
v = (1)/(3)\pi {r}^(2)h

Given values:

r = 4cm \\ h = 9cm \\ \pi = 3.14

Replacing for the values:
(1)/(3)\pi {4}^(2) * 9 \\ (1)/(3) \pi16 * 9 \\ (\pi144)/(3) \\ Then, we have: \pi 48

Final answer:
v = 150.72cm³

I hope this helps.
