On image 1, we started applying the L'Hôpital's rule for the limit. This rule consist on taking the derivative of the numerator and the denominator, individually and with respect to the variable of interest (in this case is x).

On image 1 we started taking the derivative with respect to x for the numerator.

Then, on image 2 we we started taking the derivative with respect to x for the denominator.

Finally, on image 3 we substituted the result of the derivatives and simplified the result.
