from the given table ,
We can observe that each element say x is being added 3 times to get another element say y.
The equation can be of the form
x + 3 = y
Whereas as x can be any value from (1,2,3....)

The equation for this table is x + 3. The y values are in creasing 3 every time x increases once. Hope this helps!
