the capacity of the tank is

800 cm × 600 cm × 200 cm = 96,000,000 cm³ =

= 96 m³

= 96,000 liters

I assume the water tank is open at the top.

so, we only have the floor and the 4 walls for the zinc area.

I also assume that 200 cm is the height, and 800 cm × 600 cm is the floor.

so, we have

800 × 600 = 480,000 cm² floor

2× 800 × 200 = 320,000 cm² longer walls (2 pieces)

2× 600 × 200 = 240,000 cm² shorter walls (2 pieces)

together that is

1,040,000 cm² or 104 m² zinc area.
