≈ 22 cm

Explanation:

the circumference (C) of a circle ( the perimeter ) is calculated as

C = 2πr ( r is the radius )

= 2π × 7 = 14π

since divided into 2 equal parts then


(1)/(2) C = 14π ÷ 2 = 7π ≈ 22 cm ( to the nearest whole number )
