Let, (-4,7) be X1,Y1

(-6,2) be X2,Y2

Now,

Eqn of st.line is (y-y1)=m (x-x1).....[m= y2-y1/x2-x1 ]

(y-7) = 2-7/(-6-4) * (x+4)

(y-7) = -5/-10 * (x+4)

(y-7) = 1/2 * (x+4)

2y-14 = x+4

x-2y+18=0 is req eqn
