To make it easier we can make the decimal 0.25 into the fraction 1/4. In this case, we would also make 20 into a fraction. Which would give us 20/1. Now we would multiply the numerators (1 and 20) together and we get 20. Then we would multiply the denominators (4 and 1) to get 4. From there we can write the fraction (or the division problem) as 20/4. We can divide both sides by four to get 5/1. Which gets us our answer of 5.
