Explanation:

Well the only time when the slope is undefined, is when we have a vertical line. This means the x-values are all the same, and y-values are different.

So to have a defined slope, the two points must have different x-values, since if they do have the same x-value, the slope equation becomes:
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)\implies(y_2-y_1)/(0) since the x-values are the same so subtracting them gets a 0 in the denominator.

The only two pairs here with different x-values are (7, -8), (-7, -8)

and the pair (-7, 9), (7, 9)
