Answer is function B.

Step by step.
Linear means a straight line.

In function A, the ratios / slope is not the same. The points will be scattered on a graph. It will not be a straight line.

In function B, the ratio /slope is the same, so the points on the graph will form a straight line.

See attachment for how I found slope.
(y2-y1) over (x2-x1). I simply subtracted pairs on the chart.
