1) The square root of 16 is 4, and 4 times 3 squared so 4 times 9 is 36
2) The cube root of -27 is -3
So butting both step 1) and 2) together, you get the equation: 36 - -3 = 39
And lastly you divided 39 by 2 squared so 4
= 39/4
