Explanation:

(x²-25)/(x-5)

for it to be continous x-5≠0

•°•X≠5

if x=5 the Denominator we b zero ,because any thing divide by zero is undefined

so we have:

(x²-25)/(x-5)=(x-5)(x+5)/(x-5) by differences of two square

so we have:

(x+5) as point of discontinuity
