-0.32 is a rational number.
-0.32 = 32/100
Here 32 and 100 are integers.

A rational number can be defined as any number that can be expressed or written in the p/q form, where 'p' and 'q' are integers and q is a non-zero number. An irrational number on the other hand cannot be expressed in p/q form and the decimal expansion of an irrational number is non-repeating and non-terminating.
Irrational Numbers
The rational number includes only those decimals that are finite and are recurring in nature.
The irrational numbers include all those numbers that are non-terminating or non-recurring in nature.
-0.32 = 32/100
And 32 and 100 I think are integers.
I hope this helps?
