In the following passage, what type of character is being described?

Cindy is complaining about a book she has to read for school. The protagonist is a girl named Jenny who moves to a new neighborhood. Cindy says that the book is boring because she still barely knows Jenny beyond what's happening in the basic plot, that she's not an interesting character at all, and that she doesn't seem to be growing or learning anything throughout the story.

Answer:

Round/Dynamic

Step-by-step explanation:

A round character is a character who is more unpredictable and hard to explain in a few words.
A flat character is someone you can explain in a few words, basically an uninteresting character.

A dynamic character is a character that changes throughout the story.
A static character is the opposite of this, and never changes and isn't effected by the story whatsoever.
