Why does Nasa Publish a different star finder every month?

A.There is not enough space in just one star finder to place all the visible stars.
B.the stars and constellations move and change their location from month to month.
C. the visible night sky changes constantly as the earth rotates and revolves.
D. they have to include new stars and constellations that are discovered every month.

C I believe, depending on where you are in the world from month to month the night sky will look different
