Explanation:

Aa = Ab × 10

that means that for the side lenghts

Sa² = Sb² × 10

Sa = Sb × sqrt(10)

Sa/Sb = sqrt(10)

Pa = 4×Sa

Pb = 4×Sb

Pa/Pb = 4×Sa / 4×Sb = Sa/Sb = sqrt(10) (= sqrt(10)/1)

the ratio of the perimeters is therefore

sqrt(10) : 1
