Inequality

-7x > 21

Divide both sides by −7. Since −7 is <0, the inequality direction is changed.

x< 21/-7

Divide 21 by −7 to get −3.

x < −3

The image is blurred, so options "A" and "B" are very similar, it may be a mistake. But you can check which one is correct.
