A sweater originally cost $37.50. Last week, Moesha bought it at 20% off. What was

Answer:

$30.00

Explanation:

If the sale was 20%, that means the discount is 20% off the original price which was 100% of the original price.

100% - 20% = 80%

The sale price is 80% of the original price.

80% of $37.50 =

= 0.8 × $37.50

= $30.00
