So I think you mean area is 1/2(bh) meaning half of the base times height so the height is 4 and the base is 32 so you can half either the base or the height to get 2x32=64 or 4x16=64 which are the same.

So 64 will be the area of a triangle

(tip: think of a triangle like that as half of a rectangle)
