Answer: ∠x = 75°

Explanation:

We know that a triangle's angles add up to 180°. See the triangle I have highlighted in the attachment. We know two of the angles for this triangle, so we can find the 3rd.

180° - 36° - 39° = 105°

Now, since a line is equal to 180°, we can find ∠x to answer our question.

180° - 105° = 75°
