The answer is 6. We can figure this out by using

Brackets
Indices (exponents or powers)
Division
Multiplication
Addition
Subtraction

Note: Division and multiplication are equal in value, you solve an equation or expression based on its placement from left to right.
Addition and Subtraction follow the same principles as Division and Multiplication.

Anyways, BIDMAS is made to help us remember in which order we do an equation or expression. Brackets first, then Indices etc.

Moving on, we have an expression here:

4 + (9 x 2) / (4 - 1) - 4

First, we will complete the brackets, which will simplify the equation to:

4 + (18) / (3) - 4

Then, we can remove the brackets and move onto the division. Doing the division will make the expression look like this:

4 + 6 - 4

All that is left to do is to subtract and add. Therefore, the simplest form of this expression is 6, as the + 4 and - 4 would cancel out.
