This question is your personal opinion but I will share an example!

It is basically asking you how effective you are working with other people or in a group of people. So you could explain what you do to keep you and the people you are working with on task and engaged. You could also explain how if you worked in a group or with someone how you would effectively use your time on whatever you are working on. One thing people try to do to be a productive teammate is to know their strengths and weaknesses, give credit to those who it is due, provide feedback and take criticism, own your mistakes, and be realistic. If you do any of those things you can write about that as well. If you have not really work with other people or don't do it well you can explain what you would do or how you could improve. Don't be afraid to list your weaknesses.

In my experience it takes a lot of patience. Maybe confiscate your groupmates phones because very often they're obsessed with social media and don't actually help.

Try to break up the tasks into small chunks to divide evenly among your groupmates, but always prepare for them to fail you.
