Let h be his hourly rate.
Then last week he was paid 30h + 5 x 1.4h (5 hours above the standard 30hours)
5 x 1.4 = 7
30h + 7h = 436.60
37h = 436.60
h = 436.60 / 37 = $11.80
His normal hourly rate is $11.80
