This is geometry and i need help. i am unable to find the value of both in the picture.

if GH bisected LM by K therefore they are perpendicular and I. perpendicular both the sides are equal so

LK = KM

so now the equation is,

5x + 2 = 12

5x = 12 - 2 = 10

x = 10/5 = 2

x = 2

value of x is 2 and LM = 12 + 12 = 24
