Answer:

y = 1/2 x + 3

Explanation:

Find slope, m = (y1-y2)/(x1-x2) = (7-0) / (8- - 6) = 7/14 = 1/2

( does not matter which one you assign as point 1 or point 2)

Point (-6,0) slope form ( you can use either point)

(y-0) = 1/2 (x- -6)

y = 1/2 x +3
