Find the measure of two complementary angles of the measure of one angle is 3 more than the measure of its complement

ANSWER: 22.5 and 67.5

let, one angle be x then the another one is 3×(90-x)

x = 270 - 3x

x + 3x = 270

4x = 270

x = 270/4

x = 67.5 (first angle)

then, another angle = 90- 67.5 = 22.5
