1.8 tonne

Explanation:

sum the parts of the ratio, 2 + 3 = 5 parts

divide the total mix by 5 to find the value of one part of the mix

3 tonne ÷ 5 = 0.6 tonne , then

3 parts = 3 × 0.6 = 1.8 tonne ← amount of gravel in the mix
