∠ 1 = ∠ 3 = 63° , ∠ 2 = 117°

Explanation:

∠ 2 and 117° are vertically opposite angles and are congruent , then

∠ 2 = 117°

∠ 1 and 117° are adjacent angles on a straight line and sum to 180°

∠ 1 + 117° = 180° ( subtract 117° from both sides )

∠ 1 = 63°

∠ 1 and ∠ 3 are vertically opposite angles and are congruent , then

∠ 3 = 63°
