Help others, be nice, exercise, listen to music, positive mindset, do what you want to do in your free time, get checked monthly. Remember to drink water and eat healthy. What others think of you doesn’t matter, you have to love yourself and love people who loves you. Life is difficult, and everybody has experience a wall they have to get over, you’re not alone. Bullies are just people who seeks the pain of others because of whatever happened in their lives, but you gotta remember, not everyone gets along with you. Put first things first and try to have a thicker skull to people that badmouths you. Forget whatever bad happened in the past and think about the future instead. You can’t change what happened in the past, BUT you CAN change what happens in the future ;)
