Volume of empty space = Volume of the full tank - Volume of the tank till the water.

= 20*10*13 - 20*10*11

= 400 cm³

Volume of 1 solid ball = 23 cm³

Number of solid ball to make the tank overflow = 400 ÷ 23

≈ 18 solid balls
