Answer is C. AAS (Theorem)
Reason
Angle angle side - AAS - this figure has two congruent angles (90 degree right angle and vertical angle) and shows tic marks of a congruent non-included side.

Note:
HL is hypotenuse leg, ASA has an included side and SAS has two congruent sides, which are not true for this figure
