Graph the equation:

Y = 1/3x + 2

This is a slope intercept form problem! The equation would be modeled as in the image. It would be modeled as so because 2 is the y-intercept, meaning that is where we begin on the graph (the point location is (0,2). From there, we would move up 1 point and to the right 3 points because slope is represented by rise over run. Since 1/3 has a variable beside it, we know 1/3 is the slope. With that being said, the equation would be graphed by starting at (0,2) on the graph and moving up 1 and to the right 3 points each time.
