HELPP!!! Isn't one of the answers supposed to be 3?????

Basically the equation is 5•2+3 which is 13 because you multiply 5 and 2 first then whatever answer you get plus 3

x + 3 = 0

x = -3

maybe a "+ 1" is missing on the right side ?

5x + 3 = 4x + 1

gives us
