The answer is y=4 because P(Y=4) is the greatest probability than y being a different integer. This can be verified by using the calculator which will show that P(Y=4) = 0.1898 and this is greater than P(Y=3) which is 0.1687 or P(Y=5) which is 0.1708. Hope this helps.
