Answer:


2(3x - 7) = - 4(x + 5) + 3 \\ 6x - 14 = - 4x - 20 + 3 \\ 6x + 4x = - 20 + 3 + 14 \\ 10x = - 3 \\ \\ x = ( - 3)/(10) \\ \\ x = - 0.3
