The chloroplast is produces glucose through photosynthesis not to be confused with mitochondria which creates energy through cellular respiration
Chloroplast take in sunlight and carbon dioxide to make glucose and oxygen
Mitochondria takes in oxygen and glucose to make ATP energy and carbons dioxide

Answer:

The chloroplasts are plant cell organelles. That converts the energy from the sun into chemical energy also known as photosynthesis :)
