I will assume the blanks is x and y.
(a).
y= -1/2x+c
When x=-4, y=5
5=2+c
c=3
Therefore the equation is y=-2x-3
(b).
I cannot solve because I am not sure where is x and y!!??
Message me the equation again in the comments for me to solve.
