A because radical 10 times radical 14 equals radical 140. So if you rewrite 140 as radical 2 squared 2 multipled by 35 your answer will be come A

√14 x √10 = √140 = √(4x35) = √4 x √35 = 2 √35
Therefore, the answer is option A
