Explanation:

We have a dilation because we are multiplying the pre image by some constant,

Since dilations doesn't preserve side length, they are a non rigid motion.

According to the rule, we multiply the x values by 3 and the y values by 2.

So our new points are

A'(9,10)

B'(15,6)

C'(6,4)
