Answer y=3x + 5
Step by step
Start by finding two points on the graph
(2,1) and (3,4)
Find slope (m)
(y2 - y1) over (x2 - x1)
(4-1) over (3-2)
3/1 or the slope of 3 (m)
The y intercept is 5 (b) where the line crosses the y
So y= 3x + 5
