Use directly proportional.
y=kx
20=18k
k=18/20
k=0.9

y=0.9 x 837
y=753.3

753.3 is minutes so change to hours is
753/60=12.55
12.55+0.30=12.85
12.85=13.25hours

Answer: 13.25hours
