\frac{p {}^(2) + 1 - 3p }{4 - 3} = -1


p {}^(2) - 3p + 1 = -1


p {}^(2) - 3p +2 = 0


(p-2)(p - 1) = 0


p = 2 \: \: \: \: \: p = 1
