Answer:

36 yards x 144 yards

Explanation:

Let the width of the rectangle field be x and the length be 4x.

The perimeter is 2(4x + x). So:

2(4x + x) = 360

10x = 360

x = 36

Then the width is 36 yards and the length is 144 yards.
