Here's a couple of reasons:

not doing enough physical activity

being too sedentary, e.g., sitting or lying down for long periods

having an unhealthy diet, e.g., eating too much or too little, eating too much fat/sugar/salt

not getting enough sleep or having erratic sleep patterns

smoking

abusing alcohol, example: drinking too much and/or too often

Answer:

If I'm reading this right, personal factors that can affect your choice in physical activities could be a lack of motivation, you could be tired, or medically speaking maybe asthma.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you have no motivation, you'll want to do less, same as if you were tired, if you're tired you'll want to do the bare minimum. Same with asthma (kind of) asthma. if you have asthma you won't be physically capable of doing harder physical activities
