He shot it in the air to scare a man out of his collard green patch in his garden. Crazy. How can anyone be justified for being reckless with a gun?

Maybe this was the best way in which he knew how to handle the situation. He really did not know what race the person was - he just assumed that he was black and he shot to scare him away.
