Answer:

slope is -3

y-intercept is -2

Explanation:

put into slope-intercept form which is y = mx + b where 'm' is slope and 'b' is the y-intercept

12x + 4y = -8

4y = -12x - 8

y = -12/4x - 8/4

y = -3x - 2 (simplified)
